MANAGING CHEF
Meet the genius behind our extensive menu offering. With over 12 years of experience in kitchens throughout central and south Texas our Managing Chef is as passionate about the culinary arts as he is talented! His tenacity for developing new and different dishes is evidenced by the wide variety of cuisine offered by Five Oaks Catering. What makes him unique in the culinary world is his ability to execute different types of cuisine in a truly authentic fashion…including real Texas barbecue! Rarely do you find a high end executive chef with over eight years of experience as a barbecue Pit Master. The benefit to you is that regardless of what type of cuisine you choose, the result will be an experience that will both impress and delight your guests
Managing Partner
The Managing Partner at Five Oaks Catering is a a 23 year veteran of the restaurant and catering industry. During his tenure, he has owned and operated thirteen different restaurants featuring everything from authentic Japanese sushi to New York Style pizza and traditional Italian cuisine. Along with his interest in Five Oaks Catering, he currently owns a highly successful restaurant and catering business in the Austin area. His forte is customer service and although he no longer works events, he is always working behind the scenes to ensure that every request is met with a welcoming smile and genuine concern for your satisfaction.
